On May 16, 2023, QPRC affiliate Multimodal Media LLC and defendants Guangdong OPPO Mobile Telecommunications Corp., Ltd filed a Joint Motion to Stay All Deadlines and Notice of Settlement.
All matters in controversy between the Parties have been settled in principle. The Parties are in the process of formalizing the settlement agreement.
