M-Red v Biostar Microtech International Corp. - Notice of Stay and Settlement

On January 5, 2022, Quest affiliate M-Red Inc., filed an Unopposed Motion to Stay All Deadlines and Notice of Settlement.

All matters in controversy between the Parties have been settled in principle. The Parties are in the process of formalizing the settlement agreement.

The original Complaint was filed in the US District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, Case Number 2:21-cv-00354.
