On September 13, 2021, Quest affiliate and Plaintiff Peregrin Licensing LLC (“Peregrin”) and Defendants Discovery Financial Services, Bank of America Corporation, Wells Fargo & Co., and U.S. Bank N.A. (“Defendants”) (collectively, the “Parties”) filed an Unopposed Motion to Stay All Deadlines and Notice of Settlement.
All matters in controversy between the Parties have been settled in principle. The Parties respectfully request a stay of all case deadlines for thirty (30) days while the Parties finalize a settlement agreement.
The original Complaints were filed in the US District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, Case Numbers 2:21-cv-00265, 00267, 00268 and 00269.
