Quest NetTech Corporation (“Quest”) is the owner by assignment with all rights to license the patent portfolio of the late Dr. Henry Von Kohorn. Dr. Von Kohorn was a prolific inventor. He was awarded over fifty-six United States Patents, the first being granted in 1940. Dr. Von Kohorn was an industry leader and innovator during his 93 years. Until his death in 2006, Dr. Von Kohorn was actively involved with the monetization of his patent portfolio. Click here for a list of the patents within the portfolio.

Quest is dedicated to providing Dr. Von Kohorn’s family with reasonable compensation for his important contributions to the field of electronic marketing and promotions. Dr. Von Kohorn’s family continues to receive a substantial portion of any royalties collected by Quest.

Additionally, two major companies in the airline industry, a major movie studio, a major publisher, a major promotion/integrated marketing services company and a significant online entertainment portal are licensed.

There has been litigation in the past against various companies in an effort to protect the interests of the Von Kohorn portfolio. Those actions include cases against Delta Airlines, Continental Airlines, Sun Country Airlines, Southwest Airlines, Bulova, ePrize, Primedia, and Overstock.com. All of those lawsuits were resolved prior to trial and in each of those cases the parties entered into a mutually agreed arrangement as a means to resolve the litigation.
